Fake notification generator

Design a notification and make it appear — either as a custom in-page popup (works everywhere, no permissions needed) or as a real native OS notification (fires from your system tray). Pick a delay, hit Show, and see it happen.

A real notification fires from your OS. Requires permission — click Show and your browser will ask.

How it works

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between Custom popup and Native notification?

Custom popup is an in-page notification card that slides into the corner of this browser window — fully styled, works on all devices, no permissions needed, great for mockups and demos. Native notification fires a real OS notification through your browser’s Notifications API — it appears in your system tray outside the browser, just like a notification from any app. Native requires permission and only works in browsers that support the Notifications API (most desktop browsers, some mobile).

Does the native notification work on mobile?

Support varies. Many Android browsers support it; iOS Safari does not allow page-triggered notifications. The custom popup mode works on every device.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The whole tool is responsive, and the notification pops in at the top of the screen on phones and tablets.

Are the templates based on real apps?

No. All presets are generic on purpose — no brand names, no copied logos, no app-specific UI clones. The goal is mockups and previews, not impersonation.

Is my uploaded icon sent anywhere?

No. Image uploads are read by your browser locally and rendered into the notification. They don't leave your device.

Can I save it as an image?

Yes — use the Export PNG button to save the current design as a flat image for slides or screenshots.

Is this meant to imitate real branded apps?

No. The tool is not for impersonation, phishing, or pretending to be a real service. Please read the terms if you're unsure.
